Just wanted to ask if the fans are suppose to run at equal the speed. My left side fan is running faster than the right side. Is this the norm?

it should be quite normal because one of them belongs to CPU and the other one belongs to GPU so this two working separately.
which one is more loaded then that will be more heated. and one more thing mine G53SW " right " almost working all the time because of the overclocked GPU :)
