    Hello everyone,

I have just bought a G73SW and I am quite happy about it. But yesterday I wanted to try my brand new 2Mpx camera on Skype and unfortunately the person I was calling could not hear a single word of what i was saying.

I believed it was because the "line in" was not the right one so I have been trying to change the sound parameters for hours in Skype, in RealTek sound manager and in Windows 7 sound manager but nothing worked... When I try to record, I get very weird sounds but no silence.

I will try to plug a mike tonight to verify if the problem is hardware or drivers but it would disappoint me to RMA for a simple microphone!!

In the meantime, do you have any advice or idea regarding this problem?

Also I have to mention that I installed last nvidia drivers for my videocard and in my peripheral manager I can see some "nvidia high definition sound drivers". Can they be the source of the problem??

Thank you very much for reading my post and for your help.

    Have a nice day :)
