This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     G73SW-XN2: The Return!

    I received my return last night. I'm a bit apprehensive of buying stuff like this through Newegg.com anymore. Their initial service is outstanding, but the RMA process is a true pain. If I hadn't emailed and rattled a couple cages, I wouldn't be receiving my return for another 3 weeks... After speaking to a shift manager in the RMA department, they were nice enough to expedite the process, and even threw in overnight shipping for free.

    I got it all set up and played a couple games of SC2 and Black Ops. I must say, after going back to my G73JH for the last two weeks, I'm still pretty impressed with this machine. My JH is a solid performer, but the performance increases on the SW are wonderful. Also, it's nice to have the 1920x1080 screen back. Now to let it burn in a bit and then move my second HDD over.
