The model coming into the UK is the G74SX-91013Z. If you want one of the other models you will need to find a US retailer who will ship to the UK.

    Thanks for the reply.

Am a bit dissapointed as was really interested in the 3D model and have read here that with VAt+Import duty buying from the US doesnt save that much.

    Thanks for the clarification though.

UK suffers with gaming laptops and the prices are an absolute disgrace they make a bombshell from us when they still come from the same company and are exactly the same model, still glad I got mine from the US the only difference is the keyboard and you get used to that.

Well you can but I dont think I can advise you on it much because it requires you working around customs :)

All you do is just get your own company to deliver it for you for instance I paid for my item to be sent to UPS in America free of charge and then got UPS to ship it to me, I declared it for £100 as a refurbished laptop which it was, meaning I only paid £15 customs fee instead of the £100's you would normally pay and because it was declared they didnt check it (no guarantee's though) but even if they did they would not know I had not picked it up on the cheap from the US anyway. At the time I saved around $400 on the price of a JH in the US and even more in the UK because it was a good deal on top of saving the tax punishment.

This message will self destruct in...5....4....3.......

The G74SX-91013Z does also have a 3D screen. You may realise this already just wanted to make sure!

AsusOutlet could you tell me if you have the N53SN in stock, your website doesn't say anything about its availability.

Not at the moment, we had the first pallet of these into the UK but were stung with a manufacturing defect which caused vertical lines on the screens. Over half of the consignment had the same issue.

When we do get further stock our first priority is to replace the machines for our existing customers and then see if we have any left.

Could you tell me approximately when you're getting further stock? I actually ordered one from your website, your website said that "next day delivery" is available so I figured that you have it in stock, I tried contacting customer support via email but no response yet :( how much time will it take to ship new N53SN orders?

I am not sure why you haven't had a reply, we always respond promptly via E-mail.

At the moment we are still waiting for Asus to confirm a delivery date with us. All other UK resellers are in the same boat unfortunately.
