The other night, I went to bed and shut off my laptop. The next morning, when I turned it on and started to play Burnout Paradise, I suffered from gamebreaking lag. The same thing with TF2. I lowered the settings on both, but it only made them run worse :( . I upgraded the drivers from stock, and still got the lag, then switched them back so I wouldn't GSOD. No one touched it, as I was the only one home. Any suggestions?

Edit: Both ran fine before, with no lag
