So I can't find the exact RAM speed I have in my system yet. It is the stock 8gb that came with the system. With HWinfo, it says my RAM speed is 667mhz only. I know it SUPPOSED to come with at least 1024mhz and sometimes 1333mhz, but for some reason mine says around 700mhz.

Any help with this? Are these the right numbers?

    Thanks

You're seeing the right numbers. The 667 is double data rate, meaning you have the 1333 MHz memory.

As far as it saying 700, it's because your laptop has Twin Turbo enabled. When this is enabled, it gives the CPU a slight overclock. Which will in turn overclock the memory slightly too. Thus bringing it to 1400 MHz versus the 1333 stock.

Nothing's wrong with your lappy. It's behaving as it should. :)
