    Hi my dearest notebooklovers :),

Its been a while, but I'm finally back with another problem

Just now I was gaming one of the most graphicly intense games, Age of Empires 2 :p, while suddenly my mouse stopped responding, and few seconds later my laptop started making beeping sounds(outof the speakers), like morse code. Ive done some research before but never found a solution to this, so I formatted last time I had the problem. But now its back :(. Is there a way to find out why it's doing this ? Its definatly not my temps, since they are 50°C for the GPU and 54°C for my CPU.. Strange thing is that its only doing this to my Age of Empires 2 game.. so far.. Ive had my G73 since last year.

Try a different version of AoE2? *cough*

Run it in Windows 98 compatibility mode?

Dont think compatibility's a problem, since I play this game for about an hour each day. And the beeping only happens like 1ce a month...
But I will try and report back ;).

cheers & enjoy the good weather!

Do you have a chinese language pack installed if you go to your language control panel? If so, remove it. I think it's Alt+Left Shift that's the trigger.

Beeping can be from the keyboard buffer overflowing, there is a registry setting or two for that.

There's no way to know how a game crashed unless you have a developer copy of it with debugging symbols and attach a debugger. :( Unless the game keeps a log somewhere of course. I have no idea...

If it only happens with one game you'd be better off searching the game's forums for a solution.
