This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Hey guys I have had my G74sx for almost a year and I was wondering what are the best available CPU upgrades for it, where I can buy them and what kind of prices I can get them for. Also would waiting for the Ivy bridge processors be a better decision or will they not be compatible with the sandy bridge laptop?
