    Is the Best Buy Asus G74sx-bbk8 3D capable?

    If I buy the Nvidia 3D vision kit will it work on this laptop?

    Nope you need the g74sx-3de.
    Besides stay away from best buy version, those have gimped gpu which is worse by a long stretch.

    The G74SX-BBK8 will only output via HDMI to an external 3D TV/Monitor. It does not support 3D on the built in screen. The current 3D model with a capable screen Asus has is the G74SX-DH73-3D
