hey everyone. i did a fresh 7 install, in AHCI mode, did all the SSD tweaks, etc etc. drive is brand new.

    i get (sry no pic)

    Seq: R:251 W:104
    4K: R:13 W:19
    4K64: R:143 W:65
    Time: 0.113 / 0.185

everything is AWESOME. but the 4k is damn terrible. what could be doing this?
other than my 4k these numbers are some of the best i have seen

Using the latest (9.6.0.1014) Intel Rapid Storage Technology driver? (Note this driver with Windows 7 provides TRIM functionality eliminating the need for the Intel SSD Optimizer)

Here's a typical bench on mine (not in safe mode)

I don't have an Intel but I have a Vertex LE and I have crap 4k as well. So it probably doesn't have anything to do with the version/brand of the SSD.

Besides, on Windows 7 with AHCI it's that second 4K score (using NCQ) that's nice :)

Here is my Intel X18-M G1 w/out trim.
4K is about the same. Overall write speed is slow.
