    Hello, all.

I just picked up a "returned" GL551JW-DS74 from Amazon that was in like new condition. Got it for a steal; however, it seems to have an issue. I upgraded to Windows 10 immediately after setting up, so not sure if this is a Windows 10 issue or a Asus issue.

When running games, the screen will start show colored dots (static) on the screen, almost like when the GPU kicks in, they appear. The good news is that 75% of the time, it goes away within 2 seconds and the game loads fine. The other 25% of the time; however, the screen will crash and the unit has to be rebooted.

Anyone ever run across this issue with an ASUS before? I have an Alienware 15 as well as an Alienware Alpha desktop and have never experienced anything like this.

    Thanks in advance.

Have you updated the BIOS and drivers? Win10 has revised requirement so things are different. Win10 drivers are available at ASUS' website below.
