The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Hi guys...wish u're doing OK..I have the G60JX with the i5 and the GTS 360M..well it's running cool for me..(Till NOW OF COURSE!)and the other day a question popped into my mind..will I be able to upgrade my GPU oneday to a more beasty card like let's say the GTX series(260M,285M...etc)??
    I have read here and there some pros saying it's theoretically possible for selective slots depending on the MB and the graphics interface..but could the G60JX have this privilege? any thoughts and opinions are welcomed even if unrelevent since we are jut sharing our minds and wonders..thanks in advance..
