Hi all, my g53sx has 1 gtx 560m, and its running too hot, even idle around 50*c, room temp about 20*c, mx-4 tim, the gpu fan is clean, no dust.
So i'm thinking about undervolt the gpu via Bios mod but I dont know how to do it, can anybody help me?

MX-4 is a junk TIM.. Get some IC Diamond or Gelid GC Extreme...

If you can, check the pattern the paste leaves behind and make sure it's making good contact. However machines can be tuned for quiet operation rather than thermals. What is the noise like? What are load temperatures like?

yeah I will try with IC diamond
its good because when I put my hands close to the gpu exhaust vent I feel the heat around the vent -> surely the TIM and heatsink work well. In idle, no sound from the fans, when I play dota2, the max temp is around 80*c and the noise is a bit annoying.

If the sound of the fan while playing or in desktop mode doesn't disturb you and the card doesn't start to throttle, simply ignore it. The laptop will increase the fan speed if the card does get to warm.
