    Hello!

Having a weird problem I have had since I got my g73. Whenever I close the lid, it puts the laptop to sleep, and upon opening it, the gamma is changed.

I have to reopen CCC, sometimes need to reactivate ATI color controls, in order for it to revert.

Looked all over google, and found nothing.

    Any ideas?

    ~Zach

firehelm99, Welcome to this forum, Do you have the Splendid Utility installed? IF so have you changed any settings within that application?

Wow, I do think that fixed it. It had "Gamma" selected so I switched it to normal.

I don't believe I have ever messed with that program before, maybe accidentally.

Can't believe it was that easy >.>

    Thank you very much!

Zach, glad to hear that, I found this out by just messing with the Splendid settings. It took me 1/2 day to get the settings back to normal (LOL). Another way to change the settings is to use 3rd button (the one with the S on it) above the keyboard on the left, I have mine set to normal. Have a good holiday, Joe
