ASUS G73jh here with the VBIOS "update" and 213 (I believe BIOS)

I try to keep up on the latest video mobility drivers from ATI. I'm currently at 12.8 and (to the best of my knowledge) works just fine in games, video, etc.

After installing 12.10 my laptop screen works fine, but my HDMI output <appears> looks like a lower resolution and 8 bit colors.
I have tried uninstalling all ATI software, drivers, etc but with no resolution to my problem.

    I just tried the 12.11 beta...same problem.

Uninstalled drivers again, and am back to 12.8. (laptop display and HDMI monitor both work fine)

What is going on??? or what am I doing wrong??? Is/are there a patch/additonal drivers that I missed out on.
I <try to> keep all drivers up-to-date...chipset, video, audio, etc.

    Thanks.

Updated from 12.8 to 12.10 the other day. Been hooking up HDMI on different TV's for about a week now and it works great. No color issues.

When its hooked up just make sure that the settings are correct on the TV settings in the LCD settings of the ATI control panel.

Im running a G73 with latest BIOS and modded Vbios.
