I have g53sw, and when I connect the HDMI cable to the tv (Sansui 32' FHD), Its like... it is receiving a picture that is too big for the screen. Couple of inches are being cut off on top and bottom and the sides. Is there any way to resize the picture? Only on HD , HD+ and FHD I have that problem, but when I connect a bluray player or xbox 360, everything is ok. What should I do? I check all the settings on the tv, and nothing helped, my drivers up-to-date.

    Thanks.

Your TV is over scanning the input signal. Open Nvidia control panel, there is an option to reduce the picture size sending to TV so you can have the full picture on your TV.

I can't find it, where is it ?

Mod note: for some reason, a post merge went wrong and some posts from another thread got merged in this one, just leaving a note to avoid confusion. This question was originally asked by Waffleboy.

My apologies for the inconvenience, moderator tijo.

Your tv might have a picture setting or mode for just scan or native or 1:1 or pixel by pixel. It has different names on different tvs.

Otherwise try tweaking overscan settings in the control panel.
