Well it turns out i like to watch movies late at night when everyone is asleep. So when i do that i put on my turtle beach head sets. But i also turn up the speakers on the toolbar to max than i control the volume on my headset.
So i turned the laptop on and got the loud squeal but i did't turn it off this time i put my hand over the speakers and let the system boot up then i went into the volume on the toolbar and turned it down everything is fine now Wow. I have no idea why its did this as i have done it alot before and never ran into this but hey its ok now :). I was thinking it was bad ram :( thank god it was not :)

Nope that sounds like static sound mine was a high pitch ring but its fine now thinking some how when i maxed the sound on the laptop and maxed the sound on my head set. Than turned off the laptop and un-pluged the head set than next day turn back on the setting was to high? cuzz when i turned dome the sound on the toolbar it was fine and i turned it to maxed again and was fine or it could be the DAM gremlins !!!

The only other noise it could be is the Caps on the GPU (capacitors) they squeal sometimes mine use to but it went away especially under full load was a horrid noise.

If its sound related though could be the drivers maybe. Ignore it until it comes back :)
