Hi, I've had this laptop for about a month now and have been having some issues. First off, every now and then i'll get a bsod or the system will just randomly restart. Also, just recently the fans have decided to start running at 100% all the time and will never idle down. They begin at 100% from the moment i press the power button. I have checked the cpu and gpu temps and they are around 40 C, so they aren't overheating or anything. The blue screens and random restarts have begun since I updated the vbios to get rid of the gsod's and i just noticed the fan issue a few days ago. Please help me, I really like this laptop, but these little nuances are really making me doubt my purchase.

    Thank You,
    Travis

Update: Have resolved the fans and possibly he bsod's with a bios update, but am still have random restarts. It sounded as if the processor kicked into high gear just a second before it restarted. Before that it was inaudible. Please any insight on this issue wold be greatly appreciated.

    Thankyou

Sounds more like a virus than a hardware problem.

Well I now have the same issue very consistently. About 10 min or so after turning the laptop on for the first time of the day it will freeze and the screen will go pixelated. The random restarts and bsods appear much less often, but this freeze is without fail every day it seems. Please help, i hope this information further helps someone realize what wrong with my pc. Thankyou
