both is very good, if you want the bag and mouse and extra drive space go for the g73, if you want the stronger gpu go for the g74, you can just add another drive later on.

i would go for the g74 if i had to choose , as the gtx 560m can overclock pretty good and will keep you gaming at higher settings for longer then the g73.

    Nvidia GTX 460M Graphics with 1.5GB GDDR5; 1TB Hybrid HDD/SSD (2x 500GB 7200RPM/4GB SSD)

    and

    750GB HDD 7200 RPM;SuperMulti ODD;802.11 b/g/n;Illuminated Keyboard;8 Cell Battery
Nvidia GTX 560M Graphics with 3GB GDDR5;Windows Home Premium 64-bit Operating System

    Basically its between 560M/7200rpm 750gb HDD Seagate/DVDRW vs. BD/460M/500gb XT *2

I'd go for the G74. It's slightly cheaper and I'd upgrade my main drive to a SSD. The XT is a great drive but as a storage drive it has no benefit over a standard 7200rpm 500gb. I use a XT and a 500gb 7200rpm seagate as storage drives! It appears the g73 variant in your link has a blu-ray drive; this could be your ticket but I'd still go g74. I went caddy bay for a third HDD :)
