How do I Get my Power4gear icons back

Get my Power4gear icons back??? ie. Turbo, Volume, Power Mode etc.
Turbo and Power mode are now missing and the Fn F* keys are default in the top left corner and look cheap.
Feel an idiot. LOL

 

Just re-install ATK package thing you can get on Asus official website drivers page

 

Yeah il get them cheers. Still got 1.0.0007 installed though. It must be wasted.

 

For the JH, get the latest ATK package, but make certain to get P4G hybrid 1.1.37 and not a more recent version that was meant for sandy bridge. I found out that 1.1.37 worked better for me than the more recent ones. If you are on a prior version, time to update, if you are on something like 1.1.4x, time to downgrade .

1.0.0007 isn't bad, but the more recent versions are better.

OP IF after installing ATK if any issues persits verify that P4G is running in win 7 task scheduler.

 

Well, Chastity still has 1.1.37 for the JH/JW on her driver page, there is probably a reason for that. I do remember that 1.1.4x worked on my JH, but it behaved strangely at times and one or two features were not working properly, the gimmicky turbo for example ( the turbo is pretty much useless, but if one thing doesn't work, something else might not either).

I did have a lot of problems installing newer of P4G on my N50 when i switched to windows 7, enough that i reverted back to the stock version that came with it. The newest ATK works perfectly on both my laptops on the other hand.

Oh and one last thing while i'm at it, it happened only once, but i couldn't install P4G without completely disabling UAC.
