    My OS partition somehow bombed so I had to do a fresh install. Everything seems to be working again but I honestly don't know which Asus bloatware does what. I don't want to idiotically install things that I don't know.... but would like the turbo boost and screen presets back. It looks kind of silly to have buttons that don't do anything :p

    Unfortunately something went very wrong when I was making my recovery disk. I'm missing disk 5 and I seem to have two disk 2's..... . And it looks like only half the drivers and utilities are on the site.

    Is there anyway I get get into the hidden recovery partition to grab the drivers? Actually is that even what the recovery partition is for?

    The recovery partition is the system image for your system when it was brand new.
