    LOL fps around 30??? this means nothing considering every game is going to run differently.

    For more performance in games you want the latest drivers and overclocks. If its struggling check the temps and lower the settings.

    For faster boot you want an SSD simple. Go through cleaning out and making sure everything is running correctly but standard HDD are not made for super speed.
