Its not anymore the JH model is around $800 or less and still contends with the latest Asus models costing $1500+.
That is the difference you either fix a few problems for half the price and near enough the same performance or you cough up the cost of a laptop that arrives in well... good condition with still a few problems. -
I've managed to have my notebook running with some VERY IMPORTANT features disabled for laptop because Asus is incompetent. So it's possible to get it running.
But I agree 100%. The G73jh should never have been sold it it's stock state. The notebooks should have been recalled and fixed properly before selling again.
Agreed 100%. Having a high end customizable machine means I should be able to improve it, tweak it, or upgrade it. Not fix it. Those are two different things. So agreed, G73jh was sold broken and Asus was never held accountable. 100% of G73jh out there still don't work properly. There are some Asus empoyees I believe who post on this forum now and just some die hards who won't admit it.
I am SO frustrated with my new G73jh-A1!
