lol sorry to say this guys,
i have searched several help form several people ,
but today im bit confused , im using a universal power adapter and i think it maye be the culprit. its says 15/16/18/19/20/22/24 ---3.5 A
but i have set 19v in the adapter , and just now i was searching for a alienware poweradapter i saw it was mentioned 19.5v so i got confused and searched what asus uses. then i saw its 19.5 and 7.7 A
can it be this why my laptop is not posting?

Hmm, it is quite possible it is not getting enough juice, can you by any chance get your hands on an adequate power adapter?
