I increase my windows graphics score from 7 to 7.2 by overclocking and set visual effect for performance. This mean that my gtx460m will be better in games? Overcloking increase score only by 0.1.

WEI is not a great benchmark for performance. Overclocking does increase performance but it can vary a lot on depending on the game. I'd recommend benchmarking it on the game to see fps or through a GPU benchmarking software like Unigine.

Also, i find it surprising that your SSD score is only at 7.2. Is your SATA mode set to AHCI or IDE?

Personally, I don't think WEI are indicative of real life performance. For example I changed my ASUS Power4Gear Hybrid power profile from "Entertainment" to "High Performance" and reran the test and got an increase from 7.1 to 7.3 in the memory score. I'm sure if I add in another 2 gigs of RAM so that all 4 sticks are running in dual-channel mode my memory will go up to 7.5. Again, this doesn't make a lick of difference in the real world.

Another example is the hard drive. The highest a mechanical hard drive can score is only 5.9, regardless of its actual speed. I've got a slowpoke 5400 RPM HDD in my G73, and it scores the same 5.9 as much faster ones such as the 10,000 RPM WD Velociraptors or Seagate Momentus XT hybrid drives.

Yeah, sometimes you're also right at the border of one score or another so while it might change, it doesn't mean any noticeable increase in performance. You're better off benchmarking the various components using something like 3dmark for the GPU, wPrime for the CPU and Crystal Disk Mark for the SSD/HDD.

Even then, benchmark programs only go so far, the best way to test is to do something like play a game and check the actual game performance.

Failing all that, you can look at your winsat query start. Rund the command prompt with admin rights and type winsat query, check the score, note them. Then if you want to OC, OC, rerun WEI and do another winsat query. Compare the scores, you'll have meaningful values to compare (i.e. transfer speed in MB/s for the RAM) even though they aren't that indicative of whether you'll get a noticeable performance boost of not.
