    Sometimes my mouse and keyboard and any other input device, just has lost contact with the system. Only way I can shut down laptop is to unplug A/C and remove battery. after rebooting windows all is again good to go. Any ideas what is the problem?

    I took my G73HJ back to Best Buy and they gave me a brand new G73. That sure was better then having to ship it back to ASUS, and deal with their repair process.
