Does anyone have one or can someone make one? I do not have the skills to do it. I'm upgrading from 7970m to a 8970m. Found a tech company in Georgia who use to perform upgrades for the G73, one such upgrade was a 6970m/7970m and they also performed the vbios flash. They have a 8970m that came out of a Alienware machine that they are selling that I'm looking to buy. They can flash it to any vbios I need it to be but I requested to have it flashed preferably with Clevo with enduro off. My current 7970m is a Clevo which happens to be the more compadible version of the bunch. What the tech company does not have is a vbios with enduro off to flash the 8970m. If I can get them a vbios with enduro off, they can flash it for me, saves me the hassle of having to blind flash it myself. All I would need to do is create a custom cooler which, while a pain in the ass, something I can easily do.

I plan to sell my perfectly working 7970m w/ heatsink. Who ever buys it just needs to plug in the video card to their G73jh, no flash required. Might sell it for 350 considering that I am including the heatsink and its pre-assembled. Again and I emphasize, card works perfectly with zero issues. Picture below

The SLI/CF systems are non-enduro, so you could use the vbioses from the P37x-SM or P570WM models:
    HD 8970M vbioses, non-enduro and uefi-capable.7z

However, it is a Dell card, so hopefully it'll play nice with a Clevo vbios (gpu temperature report may be 'off'). Presumably they'll install and test this 8970M before handing the system over to you?
