Wishful thinking I guess. As of now, there is no options available for such laptop. New ASUS releases coming soon however. So, we may see some surprises.

Seems like this would be more to the OP's taste. -
what this is? I never seen that before?

That is the W90-Vp back in the day it was similiar to how big the G70 was and came with duel 4870M's and a Dual core or Quad processor.
The thing was a beast back in 2009 and had all the extra's including an 18.4 inch screen.
The problem was it had some serious issues not to mention the price it and you ended up cooking your dinner off it because of the heat and Asus never went back to dual card setups after that. -
How this W90 perform today with new games?
-
Around 13-14k 3DMark06 so no different to picking up a G73JH with a stock 720QM and single 5870M. No point anymore and they are pretty much extinct.
SLI is dependent on games as well so it will perform lower than a single 5870M let alone the heat and the DDR3 VRAM.
I personally love the NX90 and wish it came with a better GPU because I would have got one if it did but it seems to be solely for multimedia and not gaming. -
Actually, ASUS pulled the plug on the W90 only two months after it was released so we never saw what it could have become. Apparently, they couldn't make profit out of something so ridiculously high-end. It was too bad because the W90 probably had one of the best price-to-performance ratios of any high-end notebook at the time. If I recall correctly the G73JH had even bigger problems when it was first released but still went on to become probably ASUS' best-selling gaming notebook to date.
Gaming wise, two GDDR3 Mobility 4870s in CrossfireX still outperforms a single GDDR5 Mobility 5870 in demanding games like Crysis Warhead. If I recall correctly, a stock W90 performed similarly to a stock G73JH in 3DMark06 (~13k), but an overclocked one could easily push past 15k. In fact, I've read that extreme overclockers have broken the 20k barrier (!) on this thing.
Here's a review of this bad boy back in the day. -

Regardless of which one is faster, the Crossfire 4870's stopped receiving driver support from ASUS after they discontinued the W90 so that was pretty much the end of their useful lifespan. -
