Where would be the best place to buy it? I would need to have it before the end of June. I was thinking of newegg for the X1 but I was wondering if any other places had them in stock where I could get it shipped quickly instead of waiting for more to come in. Thanks

too bad i'm not in dallas for this year. I'll be moving to dallas next year but that doesn't help since I probably won't be making a trip to a microcenter just for the laptop. Any other online solutions?

This; you can even ask them to open up the machine and make sure everything is working alright.

You can contact them. Ken from GenTechPC, Justin from Xotic, and Donald from PNB are all members here.

    +1 for Ken, though.

Not that I'm implying that the two other companies are bad. Everything I've heard about them is great. I can just say personally that Ken is an awesome sales rep.

I wouldn't suggest buying from Best Buy if you want the two year warranty. I'd suggest Portableone.com, they were pretty helpful with me.
