I am wondering if its possible to change the GPU from GTX 560M to GTX 580M or GTX 460M?

it seems that you have 2GB GTX 560M which is 128bit and that makes the problem, I dont think that you may replace with 580M " too much power you need " but most probably 460M will be possible but cost if you may find separately GPU will be also high

Don't think anyone has tried replacing the GTX 560M 128bit with a GTX 460M 192bit yet, what I'd suggest is look for the GTX 460M pulled from a G53SW JW or G73SW JW, and 1.5GB version only.

I have found GTX 560M with 1.5GB of memory in ebay...i spoke to the seller...he said that wont fit to my machine, but he got another one which will fit to me. Is there anyone tried to change the GPU? what tools do i need to use to replace it. and most imporatnt thing is if it will really fit or not.

best will be the picture so it can be decided actually will fit or not.
G53 and G73 series has different cooling outlet therefore cards can be installed with 53 or 73 design that s wyh one is fit the other one not just because of the cooling design with is already fixed to GPU
but card itself should fit -
i have received the photo..check the attachment plz

This is for a G53JW, the G74SX has the GPU soldered on the motherboard and i asume it would be the same for the G53SX.

is it? but that guy said it's the one i need to go for. he knows the model number as i told him. who else know? please help me.

The card you see is for a G53JW, if the G53SX has a MXM GPU, then yeah it will fit and has a good chance of working. However, i don't see why Asus would ditch the MXM GPU in the G74 and keep in the G53SX. Like i said i don't know this for sure, but one of the resellers like xotic or gentech could confirm this.
Is it possible to change the GPU for G53SX
