    Is my GPU gimped? (GTX 460M on G53SW A1)

    With TechPowerUp I checked my highest performance (Sensors)
    Here the results:

    The G53SW-A1 doesn't have a gimped GPU. The way to tell is if it's 128-bit as opposed to 192-bit. Check GPU-Z.

    Yes, normal. 625 x 2 = 1250 x 2 = 2500mhz which is your effective DDR5 frequency.

    How do you know physx is disabled? It shouldn't be by default.

    Do you have the phsyx driver installed from nvidia? Check in control panel -> uninstall a program.

    I just explained that the memory frequency is spot on correct. What sensor are you using.

    PhysX driver comes with the NVidia driver itself. Try uninstalling your graphics card driver and install it all over again. Or my extract the NVidia setup file and install PhysX from the separate installer there.

    Yes, the driver comes in a package with the nvidia main driver. I would recommend reinstalling your driver as well.

    Physx is included in latest WHQL as well. Its hard to miss when doing custom installation thought.
