When playing games is it normal that only one vent (right one) is blowing air out?

    This is very normal.

The Right side is the GPU side and puts out an amazingly warm source of heat.

The left side is the CPU side which almost gives the impression of not working because our CPU's run cool enough to not cause the fan to kick up unless running a stress test.

If you want to make sure it's working just get yourself Hwinfo and test it for yourself. Thanks

You have good ears, if your hearing that sound a bit too often then not. then it's time to blow some air into those fans and cool them off. get a can of compressed air at your local computer store and give it a go. lots of how to's can be found here and at youtube.
