Hi ! Just bought a G73 and like all new computer it's full of bloatware and stuff you dont need and i just noticed they have partioned the 2 500gb HD into 4 different partitions.... anyhow.

My question is instead of removing all the junk software manually can i just format the whole thing and re-install Windows 7 from an original Win 7 DVD without having any kind of issues with missing drivers ?

What i want is a fresh OS without all the crap bloatware.

Kaynos, congrats, Yes it can be done.
Did U get a driver disk with your system?
This thread has all the info you could ask for

I would do an image backup B4 anything, so if you do run into trouble you can recover to factory state if needed. If you need suggestions for an imaging program there are many in these forums, I use
Paragon Backup & Recovery Free Edition - Free Download

    (the free edition) :)

    Good luck , Josea
