You guys have helped me a lot with doing things on my laptop and just thought i'd share a deal I saw on Cowboom of 829.99 on the G73GH-RBBX05

I would like to point out that you will be looking for an ac adapter on these though.

    ASUS G73JH-RBBX05 17.3 Laptop i7 1.6GHz 6GB 500GB DVDRW - CowBoom Store

I have 4 held hostage in my shopping basket and I am releasing them to the first 4 as soon as I finish this post. So good luck.

You do know having these items in the shopping cart does not mean they are held from others...

What Voli said... also the specs on that model are pretty low... including the smaller screen, HD, Memory, no blueray, etc. So the price isn't that great. But we appreciate the thought :)

Actually they are because I just ordered 1 here for my IT supervisor.

I checked and rechecked 3 times deciding if i wanted 2 or not. I got up to for in the cart and it said sold out. I removed 1 and it appeared back on their site. They have a cache system on their server that allows you to hold the item and it remain sold out on their server.

That is why it didn't sell out until I was ready to buy 1 and now they are sold out after I linked another to an associate.

then they are doing it wrong. having it in the cart doesn't mean they are yours until you clicked the purchase button regardless of who has it in the cart

I know it is wrong of them to do this, but it does enable you a chance of getting it if you might have forgotten your credit card or something. I no longer have any saved in my cart.

I have gotten a total of 2 doing the cart cache method whilst I watched the others sellout a mere 14 minutes after I released them from my cart. That would be why i am more of a fan of sites that show the available amount left.
