Hey guys,
So I've been using the G73 for a year and a half now and it's absolutely amazing. I've been playing games like Skyrim, AC Revelations, Crysis 2, and Arkham City at phenomenal frame rates at high settings, the sound hasn't given me trouble at all, and life's good. Except for the keystroke lag. It's bothered me for too long now; it doesn't mess up when playing a game but when typing, it's horrendous. I wanted to know if there's a way to fix it WITHOUT adding a major update like a BIOS update etc. Because honestly, if something's not broken, I don't want to risk damaging it with an update. So, if anyone knows of a method, please let me know. Thanks in advance.

With the G73, the Jh especially, it is strongly suggested to update the bios to 213. Check the sticky in the main Asus section for the bios update guide. Afterwards, get the latest ATK package, ver 1.00014 i think. This should solve your problems, if it doesn't, a RMA would be the only option left.

BIOS update is the only way unfortunately. Just make sure you read and follow instructions carefully and you should be fine.

Ok cool I'll try it out in a week and post an update. Thanks!
