I was looking over ebay for a replacement LCD for my G51VX and was curious if any of you have had good or bad experiences with any of these vendors? I want to get a good quality LCD to replace mine with a big vertical yellow line running through it. I almost ordered one from the ~$65 range guys but decided to hold off for a second opinion.

I did read over the posts for changing to to 1080 resolution from my current 1366 but I didnt have any luck on the new cable I ordered. So my wallet is really debating on how cost effective the effort is.

    What do you think?

ETA: Well it looks like one of the cables i bought does have all the wires for the 1080 display so I may go that route. I just need to nail down a good supplier for a glossy LCD that doesnt cost too much.
