Has anyone used the supplied LCD cleaning cloth? Is it safe to use on the LCD? Is there a better way to clean an LCD? - primarily dust and the remnants of the odd sneeze. :)

Sorry if this thread is in the wrong section. :(

I've used it and it is a really nice thing, it's soft and easy to clean dust with it. Don't worry, I don't see any way to scratch the screen with it :)

The cloth is very nice, just too small. I find my fingers tend to slip off of it. When you get a chance, buy 2 larger ones. Lightly pre-dust first with clean, dry micro cloth. (If you had any particles with edges on screen, even the cloth can push it in and scratch it) I also found the cloth alone did not really clean the screen of anything sticky. H2O or 50:50 H2O and Iso Alcohol works great. Spray on cloth, not screen, and also be sure to turn off monitor for a few minutes to let it cool. Easier to see as you clean, and heat dries the screen to quickly, potentially damaging. Simple video attached, not going to win an emmy, but it serves.
