    Laptop Freezing issues

    Hi i own a g51j-a1 laptop and recently my laptop has been freezing, first everything on screen would freeze except the mouse then after a few seconds the mouse pointer also stops moving. The sound still goes on though until i restart my laptop. I was wondering what the issue is, is it the graphic card? because sometimes i would also get Nvidia drivers Display driver stopped responding and has recovered , running the 275.33 driver version. If it is the graphic card will Asus replace it im almost at the end of my 2 year warranty

    Remove the creative drivers and uninstall or upgrade the razer mouse software if it's installed.
