Looking around... Isn't this really cheap for a 920XM?

This is for an actual CPU. However it is an ES/QS Q3B8 processor, which runs hotter than the OEM SLBLW processor, and may not be stable all the way up to TJmax.

The 940XM Q4AP QS/ES processor has been reported to stable, but it might be better to look for an OEM 920XM SLBLW (or an OEM 940XM SLBSC) processor.

sweet deal, wonder how it would bench compared to OEM. How does the multiplyer being unlocked in the xtream versions of the cpu's effect gaming?

For the price difference it may not be that big of a performance difference vs price going for that OEM SLBLW version... But ya makes more temptation for a later date. Would a Notebook reseller be willing to take your laptop and a separate bought CPU and install it for a reasonable price so you can keep the warranty in check?
