    Good Day,

    For those users who are still experiencing the missing keystroke problem after the beta BIOS update and have experience in removing and reinstalling their keyboard correctly (as in, you have done this without breaking anything ;) ) would you please send me an email to [email protected] - (remove the hypens).

    I have a request from engineering to try a simple procedure to see if it makes any difference in the operation of the trackpad on these units.

    For the users who sent their Synaptics diagnostic logs, thank you so very much. We are going over the results with Synaptics and AMD now.
