Hey guys just tried 10.7 to no avail, so I'm considering going to 10.1 which I heard has actually garnered the most success. I know a beta for 10.8 just came out but I'm not sure if its co patible with my G73JH-A1 and from what I hear its a hit or a miss with desktops. So what drivers are you guys running and where can I download it? Thanks in advance

I am using 10.7a. I've never had GSOD's, but my lappy will overheat if playing an intense game for too long (luckily I basically only play tf2 and that game rarely uses more than 30% of the GPU). Will shutdown in Furkmark within a minute due to the temp being 105+ Will be repasting soon.

I'm using the latest drivers.... But then again I haven't had any problems with any of the drivers since I got my machine in April.

Was reading through Guru3d forums, it seems that for most users the 10.5a drivers were the best. But its a desktop driver which can be edited to be installed on mobility cards using device manager. I have not tried it but i guess its worth taking a look.

10.7 works for me. Never had a GSOD. Ran furmark overnight with the 10.7a and woke up to a spinning torus of fur. I would say that driver is 100% stable.

I wish people would look around the existing threads / use search before opening new ones asking questions that have been answered 1001 times already... This is getting so repetitive.

Hmm..odd I accidentally reinstalled 10.7 but it seems to be working fine and my laptop is now at optimal performance and HellCry theres a line I draw when I search for 2 hours for a topic like this and find nothing but loads of confused people and me having to go through 50 pages of one thread to find an unhelpful answer
