    Hey guys
if you remember me, you know i had lots of troubles with VGA overheating, and i wanted to repaste my VGA...I sent my baby to RMA here in Germany, and it took two exact weeks. It was perfect, because i sent my laptop on my very last day here in germany last year, and it arrived on the same day i came back from holidays in UK...sweet!
Now my Kraken is alive and kicking, and i finally got to finish GTAIV TLAD =D

Now, i want to get my hands on the new Razer Ferox speakers, but i was wondering: is it possible to have both the external speakers and the built-in working at the same time?
    That would be amazing...

Lets see those answers, and if anyone got their hands on the Ferox already, i would love to know how they perform, and if we, as owners of G73s, can benefit from them, or if the built in speakers are enough...

    Thanks in advance

IT is funny you should ask that, I recently plugged in my Jensen speakers to the headphone jack and heard sound from both internal and external speakers.
Problem was the plug was not pushed in all the way.
Bottom line once I was pushed in properly only the external worked. I do not see any settings in windows or Creative to do what you want.
Did you read this by any chance?

A question unrelated to your post, but how in god's name did you get GTA IV to run properly?

I can't get mine to work for crap. A friend of mine has a similar laptop (the MSi equivalent to the G73JH-B1 I think) and neither of us can run it well. We just assumed it was the assbackwards PC compatibility that the game is infamous for.

Sorry to say mate, but i never moved anything in order to play GTAIV: Installed, and played...
I must say that this is the very game where i started to have overheating issues, but after my RMA process here in Germany, worked like a charm.

Thanks for the review man, i actually just paid for mine: they should be here by next week or so. I dont think the whole multiple speakers thing is possible, since is more of an electronic trigger than a software-oriented limitation. Just wanted to ask...
