My G73jh is underperformed, but it doesn't look like a hardware or a driver problem

Well, I had a clean installation of win 7 64 bit on my g73jh on May 2012. Ever since then, I noticed a significant performance loss on some games, like Elder scrolls V, super street fighter iv, assassin's creed II and fifa 12.

It's kind of hard to explain where the issue comes from. Bios updated, v bios updated, bios setting optimized defaults, power4gear installed and set to performance, driver updated to 12.6 with default settings...

It doesn't look like a hardware problem or a driver related problem, so what could it be? Maybe because it is summer here? or maybe the CPU fan has too much dust on it? I don't know... Please give me some idea what could possibly cause a 30% performance loss to G73jh?

    Thanks in advance.

Can you please post a screenshot of your maximum CPU/GPU temperature after playing a game that you are getting the 30% performance loss on?

Please avoid eyeballing, just simply a screenshot of the max CPU/GPU temp.
