After I changed the setting in msconfig, the computer wont boot up anymore. Everytime it stucks at the black page where says " starting windows". It will restart again and I can go to system recovery options. But it wont do any do. I cant restore the setting back to the last working one. It wont load in safe mode either.

All i did was change the number of processors to 4 and memory to max in boot in msconfig.

Anyone help please. I dont wanna lose all my personal files because i had a lot of school work in the hard drive and cant afford to lose it.
