NFS-THE RUN is freezing after installing latest nVidia WHQL

Hi,
I've been playing this game flawlessly until the position of 30th in the Run session. i have updated my driver to the latest since it was released. since yesterday my game has started to be frozen. I have reinstalled this driver and tried again. but same thing. and even i have tried to the previous version, but nothing was helpful. i can't determine what causing this trouble. My previous machine( check my signature) hadn't had any problem at all playing this game. is this kespersky! or the driver itself!!! the game doesn't give me any error code, just says a program causing this game not to.........

 

I suggest to try installing latest stand alone DirectX from microsoft ( Download: DirectX Redist (June 2010) - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details)

Sometimes it helps. Also maybe worth trying tips from ( Fixing Need For Speed: The Run (NFS: The Run) Crashes, Errors, Freezing, Lagging, Race wheel controls, Autolog Connection, CTD, Poor FPS, Black screen, No Sound)

Strange, it opens every time for me on work and home PCs.

 

I cant install directX as it says i have got latest version already installed.
