Well you know the g73jh charger has two parts, the one that hooks up to the wall, and the brick. I broke the round prong on the one that hooks up to the wall. Is there anyway to just get that cabled replaced? I rather not buy a completely new charger. Please and thanks!

PS. No warranty from ASUS or BB.

Links to stores would be amazing!

The part you broke is the ground of the three prong plug and you should be able to buy a replacement 3-prong plug at any hardware store. Pay careful attention to wiring the plug correctly.

Just do a web search for c6 3 prong cord and you should come up with stuff around $5.

That, i was able to find a replacement cord for thinkpads rather easily (to replace the 2 feet cord that came with my N50) and it's perfect for Asus adapters as well.

EDIT: If there's one thing i absolutely love about my targus APA180W is that it's a standard 3 prong plug like the one that goes into desktop PSUs which can be found anywhere.

Dell also uses the same plug..

    http://www.weirdstuff.com/ would have that part.
Also most any Used computer part store would have this.
Or places that sell over stock or buy surplus stock of computer stuff...

I happen to live in a place where surplus parts are plenty....
