Hi, I recently got the R.O.G. Asus G53SX-DH71 and I need help improving my fps and graphics quality in Battlefield 3 multiplayer.

Right now I run on medium settings and get around 35 fps. I've seen youtube videos of people using this same laptop playing on Ultra.

So my question is what settings in the Nvidia control panel should I tweak to be able to play on high or ultra with a steady 60 fps?

I'm not that great with computers, I pretty much have standard knowledge but I'm still learning this whole graphics and gaming is new to me. I greatly appreciate any help you can give me.

To hit those rates, you would have to overclock that GPU. Nothing within the Nvidia settings will allow you to hit those fps rates.

Hello there, first of all you may only get that much fps only by overclocking, in this area there is special forum for the GTX 560M so you may check first there but unfortunately you have 2GB 560M and it is such hard to explain card, I mean 1.5GB is stronger than 2 GB even 1.5 GB 460M far from that 2GB 560M,

so you should look for the 2 GB 560M users not 1.5 GB, because both 1.5 560M and 460M quite better than 2GB 560M

difference,,, 2GB 560M is 128 bit, and 1.5 GB version is 192bit and it is creating the huge difference,,,
