    CPU - SetFSB
    GPU - Hmm I think JW users use MSI AfterBurner or Nvidia System Tools?

    Someone with a 460M would be better chiming in here :)

    Use MSI Afterburner for the GPU. Good settings are Core 800 Shader 1600 Memory 1500. And for SetFSB, use the G73JH generator. ;)

    I use Nvidia Inspector 1.954. It's really the better replacement for RivaTuner. It also allows for tweaking of profiles.

    All the RivaTuner copies, like Afterburner, are obsolete in comparison.
