Well, my laptop is beginning to run very low on space. I'd like some recommendations on HDDs, as I'm not entirely sure what to buy. I'd like to get another 500 gig one though.
The reason I'm asking is because I'm not sure if there's a specific type of HDD that will work with the laptop, I'd hate to get something just to find out it's not compatible.

Any SATA 2.5" 9.5mm high HDD will fit, i think the thicker ones also fit in the G73. You will need to order a caddy to hold the HDD if you do not have one already.

or nerd rig it with a icebreakers lid like my friend did with his g72s 2nd drive lol, works, just cant hit it too much might dis lodge the drive XD

AFA brands, I would not recommend Seagate. Western Digital is highly regarded http://forum.notebookreview.com/har...2-wd-ships-9-5mm-1tb-hard-drive-wd10jpvt.html
How much do you want to spend? -
I'm in the opposing camp: I prefer Seagate to WD.
Especially when it comes to external HDDs. -
Sorry about the late reply.
Anywhere between $100 and $150.
By the way, awesome icon! I freaking love Tales of Vesperia -

You could get it from here if you live in the US: Hard Drive Caddy. Screws aren't included, but you could either use one of the two holding the other caddy in place or put something behind the caddy to hold it in place.
Need to install a second HDD. (G73JH user)
