I think this boat sailed without me... but how do you enable MLAA on the 5870m???? I'm assuming its either a reg tweak, or modded driver, but I got nothing regarding MLAA in CCC :(

Apparently the preview is better than the WHQL so if you have the preview do not bother with these. Anyway, MLAA is such a wasted oppurtunity. Not only is the performance not better and have worse results than regular AA but it affects everything and not just the 3D portions. Makes all the menus look kind of...funny. The Steam overlay is fugly as hell. Dislike it a lot. Here's an example:

    No MLAA: http://img21.imageshack.us/img21/3650/nomlaa.png
    MLAA: http://img822.imageshack.us/img822/6889/mlaa.png

It's not as bad in BC2 but it was the only game I had open. I don't think there's any way to fix that right now, shenanigans I say.

Meh, I'll just rock release till AMD added support for our cards. No point in added something that's not 'approved' by AMD on my work laptop o_O

My MBP 3,1's 8600GT seems like it just took a dive off the deep-end crazy flickering in lines of blue tint and normal colors today, and that was my backup work lappy...
